Great shop. Called at 1pm with what I thought was a coolant leak and they said if I could get there fast they'd at least be able to look at it and get me an estimate. Turned out to be the power steering pump. The quote was reasonable and backed by a warranty with road-side service included. They said they could have the part there in 20 minutes and have it fixed in a couple hours. Picked it up about 5:30 same day and it's running great. I'd definitely recommend them.

I am from out of town on a college visit for my daughter when my truck starts to run rough, so I show up at Chris's shop on a Friday night a half hour before closing, not only did they diagnosed the problem very quickly they were able to get parts delivered and installed while staying after hours to do so when all along they could of said no, that's excellent customer service in itself but it gets better, I leave Friday night thinking my truck is all good but I still find it running a little rough on Saturday morning so I message them and Anthony calls me back and has me meet him at the shop (remember they are supposed to be closed on Saturdays) their mechanic Mike comes in and they do some more testing and figure out I have another problem, they get some different parts and get my truck running like a top so I can make it back home, it's been a few weeks now and I haven't had anymore issues! I can't thank Chris and his team enough for helping me and my family when we needed it the most, all of his guys are honest and hardworking, Sioux Falls is lucky to have a shop like this!! thanks again!

We were on our way to family vacation when our car wouldn't start at a rest stop. We called these guys to ask for a big favor to get us in right away and without hesitation said they would help. While we had to wait they dropped us off at a resturant and the waiting room entertained our kids while they diagnosed our problem. Small town feel with an all about customer's come first motto. Would highly recommend!

These guys are great we took our 2002 Explorer to them as it was in dire need of all kinds of work from our past neglect.  Not only did they do the work they said they would, they also fixed a few small things at no charge.  Likewise they completed the work on schedule and within the stated estimate. In the end I do recommend Chris's Auto Repair, as I find it hard to trust a mechanic with clean hands and I love talking to the person that actually does the work!

He was going to charge me 700$ when there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. I'm glad I took my car to billion auto instead and they told me your car is doing just fine. So be aware when u take your car there. Don't drop hints as to what might be wrong with your car or they will make you a fake bill. Don't let the 5 star rating fool you
