I had been to other places, had even picked out a couch, but when I went back to purchase it - the one I had picked out was discontinued. So, back to square 1. I had seen this place a 100 times from the freeway and decided to look. I had to have a sofa. The sales person listened as I told her my story and what I needed and what I had found at the other store that was discontinued. She was very helpful, and brought me to an almost identical sofa, and she showed me three others that were very similar. After talking with her, I told I couldn't finance as we are in the process of mortgaging a new home and couldn't have my credit touched. She had a work around that fit our needs to a T. So in about an hour, my dilemma was solved and I got a couch that will be delivered right around the time our house will be complete. The customer service was outstanding. Will be coming back here to purchase some more items that we will need in the near future.

I would recommend everyone to go here for buying new furniture! They really went above and beyond for me with a full return and new purchase. The very best customer service from Jeff and hearing out my concern. Will always go here as long as I am near one of these stores!

The service was pleasant, the options given were overwhelming and the quick acknowledgement by the associate Jeffry was very respectful and welcomed.
