I had and awesome experience. The sales,lady Angela Graham Richmond store was very professional knowledgeable about the dining set we purchased. She took her time showing us different dining sets to compare. She provided excellent customer service. We where told that if we wanted our delivery expressed then the there was no time limited as to when the delivery would come on that day. But to my surprise I was the very 1st customer of the day and everything went very well.. They were in and out with no problems

The salesman, Jay, was extremely nice and not pushy like most places I’ve been. He explained the sales, and let us look. :) I was impressed by the huge selection of all kinds of furniture. I moved to town with none, therefore looking for all new furniture and these guys had everything I needed. Bedroom furniture was delivered yesterday, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Moving guys were nice, and quality was just as expected. I will definitely continue to do business here with these guys.

Long story short: JOHN THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IS A LIAR! BETH IS A LAZY LIAR AS WELL, BOTH CLAIMING THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS BUT THEY DO. These people have no integrity!! As another review mentioned: they stereotype when you walk in and only help who they want to help. I had to go and find a group of sales people huddled in a group talking amongst themselves and ask for some help. I ordered a dinning set in store(no display to view the set) but it looked decent online. When the dinning room set was delivered it was so small it looked like a kiddie table, and they delivered the WRONG CHAIRS! There were no apologies or compensation for delivering the wrong chairs just wait another week for the correct chairs to be delivered. I asked for an even exchange for another set or a refund. Customer service told me to go into the store to settle the issue. I went into the store and since the sales associate who helped me wasn't there no one else was willing to help. Beth, the heavy set lazy one sat behind the counter and told me to go look around to see if I could find something but didn't bother to help me find anything within the price range that I paid for the table set (which was on sale) and since the set was priced so low on a sale I figured I wouldn't be able to find an even exchange so I asked for a refund. Beth lied first in my face saying they don't give refunds. Then John the assistant manager looked me in my eyes and said "we don't give refunds" I called customer care in the store and they told me the store has the ability to give a refund and she annotated it in the notes on my account. John read the notes aloud and got himself caught in a lie so told me to let him speak with his manager and to call him back (what happened to good customer service that called you back with an update??) the next week to see if it would be authorized. After the refund was "AUTHORIZED" I would receive the refund of the dinning set minus delivery fee- eventhough the delivery wasn't successfully completed! I was given a pickup timeframe between 12-4 to pick up the dinning set. The rooms to go crew didn't arrive until 6! 2 weeks later I noticed the refund was not in my account and I called in to find out why. JOHN "THE LIAR" took it upon himself to refund the payment to my rooms to go credit card (which was not the original payment method) without any explanation to me and then tried to argue with me that the rooms to go credit card was the original payment method for the dinning table and I am looking at the receipt that shows I paid with my visa card. I requested to speak to the store manager, Tabitha, who was very professional and explained the misunderstanding and why the refund was done that way. Tabitha was pleasant and understood my frustration, but I will NEVER shop rooms2go again because the sales associates are shady liars who are not professionally trained. HAYNES HERE I COME!

Went in to make a purchase and Floyd set eyes on us before we even made it in the door. I asked if the price was negotiable and got a no... asked if they did military discount, again got a no. Was told it would only save us 15 off the delivery if we picked up.... even tho we would be doing all the work. Asked if we could pick up from warehouse his response was “sure if you’d like to go to North Carolina” I was a guaranteed purchase knowing exactly what I wanted until I dealt with Floyd. He was rude and condescending. I understand if the price is not negotiable and if that’s part of their policy but you do not need to speak down to the customers. We will be taking our business elsewhere after our experience and will share it will all of our friends and family.

Purchased king size Stern & Foster mattress and 5” foundation. While we like mattress, the foundation is too short and we would like the 9” one instead. Well get this - the foundation is not part of the sleep comfort guarantee. So basically today bad. We have other items to purchase but will not be at Rooms to Go 🤨. Sad they lost a customer over a foundation swap. And sure they don’t care. ☹️
