I am appalled at the disgusting experience i have gone through with this business.
I have purchased a sofa on Black Friday. The customer service associate named Winston Merrin was pretty much clueless during the entire duration of time he was assisting me. He couldn't seem to figure out how to work the tablet he was equipped with and properly quote prices. He kept disappearing for long intervals of time when presented with any question or task (such as issuing a quote). He told me that it would take 45 days to get my order, since i wanted the sofa in a different color. When I finally made the decision and went to pay, i was given a date that was 60 days out, not 45. I was told that it's "because of the holidays". I decided to go through with the purchase because i liked the sofa.
The date of the delivery finally came, and i received an automated call from a robot informing that the delivery will take place on Tuesday. No time frame was given. I took the day off from work and stayed home, waiting for the delivery. It never happened. When i called to inquire, i was told that the sofa is not ready yet and will instead will be delivered on Saturday. The warehouse manager claimed that he has called me and left a message. That was a lie, because i did not receive any messages. Okay, i let that go and set out to expect the delivery on Saturday. I even got a text message the day before confirming the delivery, and even providing a 2 hour window time frame! Very exciting. On Saturday morning as I was sipping my coffee I checked the status through the store website - it said that my order is out for delivery and even had the names of the drivers listed on there! Lovely. Well, i finished my coffee, the two hour window came and went, and - no delivery. 
When i called to inquire, i was told that... my sofa is still in production! 
I was done at that point and asked for a refund. It seemed that the associate i was speaking with was relieved to hear that, and promptly issued a refund. He even sent me an e-mail with a receipt. I am yet to see if the money will actually get "delivered" to my credit card. If the delivery of the refund will go the same route that the delivery of the sofa went, than we are not quite done here yet.
After checking the BBB website and other reviews, i am amazed that this pathetic place is still in business. Clearly they have no clue what they are doing and no regard for customer's time and experience.

Personally, I have no experience at this store. I am seeking furniture and always read reviews on everything I spend or intend on spending my hard earned money on. If I see a huge number of negative reviews, I steer clear of that store. According to what I see here, people are mostly complaining about the same things mostly. Poor customer service, late, delayed, non delivery! That's my cue. No can do!

Great store. Got a really good deal on a couch/chair combo. The salesman was never pushy and let me window shop for weeks while I figured out what I wanted. And the delivery guys did a great job getting the huge couch into my tiny apt.

There was an issue that occurred where the furniture I purchased became discontinued and it caused a delivery delay. HOWEVER, the store assistant manger, Shelly Cleckley III, was GREATLY helpful and professional during the entire ordeal. I will recommend this store/company to anyone that is trying to find a quality furniture piece at a reasonable price!
