The doctors here really seem to care and listen. Dr. Benson was amazing before she moved. The office staff is soo nice. The nurses are great and Sharon at the front desk is probably the sweetest person I have ever met. She always makes me smile when i visit no matter how sick I am.

I would not go anywhere else. Dr. Hyson is very caring, concerned,patient and kind. I trust any decision he makes.

I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen as a new patient and as I was waiting a older lady told me that she always waits about 20 minutes. This is ridiculous!!!! Shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes. I was warned how this place is and I was willing to give them a chance. Wow others are so right. Doesn't help that they have made me uncomfortable because I'm gay. We live in a new world now. I know many people don't understand the life that was given to us. Its not a choice we make. Its how god made us. Anyway. Poor poor poor feedback. Never will I go again. If you have to be seen at the express care however ask for Dr. Willis!!! She is amazing!!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Hyson last month. He was busy with a previous patient and asked me to reschedule. I didn't get mad, just made another appointment. He called me back the same day and apologized and had the appointment over the phone with me. Afterwards, he said "don't worry about rescheduling this appointment. Today I was informed that he has "discharged" me from the practice for missing an appointment after spending ALL day trying to get prescription refills. Office is great but he is not.

They're very dismissive of patient concerns. They also seem to have a serious disconnect between the staff who make appointments and the actual medical staff. Those who make appointments do not have the knowledge to answer basic questions and it can take days for someone who does to get back to you. In the office they loudly discuss your as well as other patients situations and can be clearly overheard. Often saying less than courteous things. At first I was pleased with the service here, but I am now looking for a different primary care provider.
