I brought my Jeep up to them to have them replace the water pump and thermostat. The price wasn't bad at $465 (this also included a new serpentine belt). 

However the mechanic who worked on my vehicle took 8.5 hours to complete the job; not to mention breaking my overflow connection on my radiatior and inexplicably disconnecting my battery for some reason. 

Overall, price: not bad at all
Service: pretty accurate but took way too long.

Amazing experience with Roppel's - I will always recommend the Preston location. Kevin & Jason took very good care of me and made sure that I was satisfied with my 2 new tires.  Thank you Roppel's you have another happy customer.

I can only speak about the Preston hwy store.
The folks out there couldn't fix a sandwich.
I worked there for 2 weeks. Was the only person on time every day, got zero help from anyone about how they do things around there. Everyone kept leaving whenever they wanted,smoked cigs all day and basically stand around all the time. I was made to finish up other peoples work and come backs that they had. Best part they had the nerve to constantly ask when I would be done. Don't go to this place(not if you want your car fixed). The manager's an idiot. Plus the guy Kevin Smith that's in the comments, yeah he's the manager. All ready trying to decisive people before they even get there.

Very professional outfit.  They repaired my A/C quickly and beat the competitor's price by $150.  I don't know much about cars so I'm wary of automotive shops, but these guys are trustworthy.
