Nice folks, professional. A well managed and clean shop. I like it that they will perform a full inspection when you drop off a vehicle for an oil change. Proper maintenance is key for a reliable vehicle. They do not pressure you to have extra work done if it is needed. (like brakes or a fluid change) They just tell you what is needed and you decide if you want it done or not. I've been there a couple of times and will come back.

My check engine light came on this past Sunday, and with my luck I knew I couldn't drive on it long without it being looked at. Messaged miss Brandi on LinkedIn, of course she told me to bring it in first thing in the morning to look at it. Got it figured out. Since I had taken my car there before to get my thermostat fixed, it was all under warranty, again thanks to Brandi and how awesome Springdale is. I continue to go here for personal and work vehicles. Springdale is fantastic and I love knowing I can leave there trusting their mechanics. Thanks so much Brandi!

Springdale Automotive has earned my trust by treating me honestly. I very much appreciate not having to question what they tell me about my car. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Springdale, Brandi and the mechanics who keep my car, and our work cars, on the road!

I called Springdale Automotive one afternoon when my truck broke down and spoke with Brandi. I was amazed that as soon as I told her about my truck she knew what the problem was. It gets better, by the time the tow truck arrived and dropped my truck off Brandi had the part and my truck was ready within a couple hours. Honestly they are the best. Thanks to the team at this location, your the best. Thanks Harry

My wife and son were traveling from Maryland to the Louisville area for the Vex World Robotics Tournament when the engine started knocking. She called at 7:30 am when Springdale opened and they got her right in. They offered her a ride back to the hotel, coffee, and conversation. Honest, courteous, friendly, professional service. An oil change and new air filter solved the problem. We were greatly relieved. If this is how someone on the road in a tough situation is treated, I can imagine they have a lot of loyal local customers. Many thanks & God bless you!!!!
