I would have given them 4 stars, because I do really enjoy the food. The wings especially. (Although just a heads up don't order the grilled chicken salad, the chicken was not only dry but very bitter and tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Other than that I've enjoyed all I've ordered) But that's really not even what I'm upset about, that being a previous order an all. Here's my what really pissed me off!! I understand working with the public, let alone it being a food industry can quickly bring a person to their breaking point, and keeping you're composure is beyond difficult! (To put it very mildly) But! With all that being said, my absolute biggest pet peeve when ordering food for delivery is when their customer service can't help but give you nothing but blatant unprovoked  attitude without a single reason given for it! Yet, despite how pissed off I was, I still was politely apologetic for any inconvenience my order may have caused, and showed absolutely no sign of my anger or frustration!! But still, I was rudely hung up on and she would not let me put the tip on with damn bill, as I usually would making things easier

Worst Rosati’s I ever ate at the pizza was dry and costumer service was rude the need to close down the Rosati’s in loves Park is good don’t go here

We ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch, never ordered from here before. This pizza was $18 for a medium. NOT WORTH IT. Didn't get a deep dish. Might as well bake a pizza from walmart!

I had the WINGS with the bone in &  the medium spicy and they're the BEST! WINGS~ I have had IN THIS AREA. I ordered a medium size order and next time I getting the LARGE ORDER--I also order all my 🍕 Pizza from THEM-------on the way home from where I'm at- I just call them and pick up my order on the way home and it's always ready---I go to the one on Perryville-
