The most difficult property management staff I have ever dealt with. We rented a house from them and everything was a pain from picking up the key on the first day until turning it in on the last day. They made me pick up the key at the office then follow them to the house. I was pulling a trailer and they have a small parking lot on a main road. It was continuous things like this that added up to the worst experience I have had with a company like this.

We moved from North Georgia to Cairo, GA. I gave Kay Davis our requirements for a home. Handicap accessible close to medical treatment and certain price. Kay Davis not only found one such home but several that matched these requirements. We barely made it home before she called and told the house we liked had come down in price and two days later we had a new home. I can't recommend a better agent who will go to bat for her clients.

I bought my current home through Sarah Thompson who is now Managing Broker at Rose City Realty.  The property was not complete when she first showed it to me, but she worked with me and the builder to have it completed exactly as my wife & I wanted.   During the process she was quick to respond, punctual for appointments, accurate with details, and extremely knowledgeable about the property.  Sarah so impressed me with her professionalism, ability to communicate, and her commitment to honesty & integrity during the transaction that we now consider her a great friend.  I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home in Thomasville, GA or the surrounding area.
