I was just in this store and I experienced the worst customer service. I went to the fitting room and waited for the fitting room attendant to count my items. It’s was a really busy day and there was a group of women talking and picking through a rack of clothes/

I heard the fitting room attendant say “excuse me” so I turned to show her the items in my hand but she said “not you” to me. Since she didn’t acknowledge that I needed to try on my items, I just went ahead into the fitting room anyway.

After trying on I brought the three dresses I didn’t want out to hand to the attendant. I asked her where she would like me to set them and she snapped at me and yelled at me for going in the fitting room without her permission. 

It’s not my fault that she didn’t do her job in the first place by assisting me before I tried on. All she needed to do from the beginning was say “I’ll be right with you” and I would have waited patiently for her to handle whatever she was doing with the group of women in front of me. 

There was absolutely no need for her to speak to me like that and raise her voice simply because I tried on 4 pieces of clothing without. I even brought everything out and hung them properly. 

When I complained to the manager on duty she clearly didn’t care. Save yourself a trip and money by shopping elsewhere.

Good assortment of items. Clean store. I was surprised at how many healthy snack choices were in the queue line, things like Kind bars, nuts and dried fruit.

Terrible selection unfriendly staff and tiny dumpy module dressing rooms right in front and center of store no privacy! Will never come back here.  Rock Hill Ross is much nicer - def worth the drive to rock hill over this place

The store is nice,  but the wait on line is ridiculous for a Saturday,  they have 2 people on register and one is a return line,  no good.

I love the stuff in the store  but have to give the service 1 star. Long line and only 1 register open. Seven other employees just standing around doing nothing. Horrible. I bought a cart full of stuff and spent a ton of money.Itake then couldnt take the cart out of the store so I barely made it to my car with all my items. From now on I'm going to T j max and other stores. They have lost my bussiness.
