Beware. Apparently there's a "two year window" in which your clothes are even worth buying. Doesn't matter if you know for a fact that many of the clothes you brought in were purchased from high end retail stores less than a year ago. Maybe because they're plus size? Apparently out of two large boxes full of expensive stuff, not even one item was worth buying. The entire store smells like a middle aged woman's purse anyway and their selection is not that great.

Hey didn't seem to go through my items very well as when I returned and saw what they had selected to keep I went back through my bags and found additional items they said they could in fact sell. The prices for shopping there are very good, however, you don't get much for your items. The flip side is that you can make some money for your no longer worn items and they will donate the rest for you.
