We came to get ideas and advice for my groom's suit, and were debating renting vs purchasing. We asked an employee which would be more ethical and he steered us towards rentals since an entire suit would apparently be $600. The suit rental guy we spoke to seemed clueless about his job and didn't have good communication skills. We had to keep asking him questions to get any scrap of helpful information. Pretty much if you aren't coming in with money pouring out of your pockets, the employees have no interest in you. We will be purchasing a suit elsewhere, but are very disappointed this chain was not able to assist us.

Used mens warehouse for our mens suits for a wedding. The grooms shirt was three sizes too big and the best mans shirt was too small they sent us three sets of toddler bow ties and suspenders instead of adult sizes. The other groomsmen shirts were small and the employees gave us a hard time when we tried to get the right sizes. Terrible service will not be using this locatuon again

Communication is key in sales - written communication is also important if you expect the customer to return and do business with your store in the future.  My experience was not good and it is my belief that the manager has a lot to do with the atmosphere of the store.  Beware of any "coupon" being too good to be true - the markup more than takes care of any expense they might have you believe you are causing them to take with your being thrifty.  I will not continue to be negative - just beware.   Read everything they give you.  The manager does not care about you as the customer and any inconveniences you might have with their timing or hours means nothing to the manager.
I will not use this store in the future.  The manager confirmed he didn't care about my business - either way.

I went there to try to buy new dress pants for my suit and was in a bit of a rush.  The salesman seemed nice and helpful at first, helped me try on some in my size, but once I decided that I didn't have enough time to buy them and have them tailored before I needed to leave,  his tone and body language changed to a deflated unprofessional salesperson.  He realized he wasn't going to get a commission for $200 pants, and instead only got it for $120 dress shoes.  Despite knowing I was in a hurry, he asked me to rehang all the pants I tried on and hand them to him, when it's his job to gather them up and restock them, which he could have done after the sale.  All the dress pants there, even the "slim fit" ones are like old man pants with pleated SUPERWIDE legs from back to front, making you look 20 lbs. heavier.  It looks very cheap, not like a custom-fitted suit.  Ironically, I found fitted Kenneth Cole pants that look great for $18 at Burlington instead.  Glad I didn't waste the money on the junk there.

Stressed to the sales person the challenges with a fit for a suit.  He took measurements and explained the importance of this suit rental.  When I picked up my suit, pants were short and jacket was huge.  I was very unhappy about the suit rental and I would think knowing how to measure would be a.top priority for sales associates to know in this profession.  Due to time constraints, which I paid extra for expediting, i had to wear a personal pair of pants and looked ridiculous in the jacket.  If I could rate zero stars, I would.
