I've tried several times to shop here. I love Ross and always find great deals. However, the past 4 times I've been in this one I've  walked around shopping for an hour at least an hour. Decided what to purchase, and then walk to the front of the store to see the ridiculous line that doesn't hardly move. It's so frustrating that I've put my things on the closest rack and walked out. I'm not doing it again, I'll drive further to a different one. I don't care to wait in a half hour line to spend my money. At first I thought it was just a certain day, or even time of day. Since this one is close to my house I made several attempts only to get more frustrated. Disappointing.

Went on lunch break, long checkout line and 2 cashiers.   Stood in line 20 minutes and ask for the manager.  2 cashiers were in line making a purchase.  One of the cashiers behind the jewelry counter finally came over to help.  I told the manager that to wait like this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  His response was "well she is at a register now".  I said yes because I asked to get a manager to the front.. Please tell your cashiers to stay off of their cellphone and assist with the checkout.   I shop there often,  however it will be awhile before I go back.

Just waited in line for THIRTY minutes with only one girl working register  (bless her heart) while MULTIPLE other associates were waking around organizing. Once it got 15 minutes to closing THEN they opened up another register. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS STORE & don't waste your time!!

This is probably one of the biggest stores and they usually have great selection of new things!

They have nice shoes but they're not in the on the right shelves but besides that I enjoyed the store
