Good shopping experience.   However, the had limited quantity of items for purchase.   Would love to have a better selection, more quantity and better quality of products .  

The lines were long and more cashiers needed.

I thought this Ross was cleaner than others around Maryland but the dysfunction showed itself during checkout.

There were two lines; one for checking out and the other for returns. The returns line was shorter with two registers while checkout had one. No one was returning anything - they were checking out at returns instead of waiting to do so in the appropriate line. 

That's not the customers' fault but a sign of a broken process - or at least it could be perceived that way. The returns associates actively called people to checkout to alleviate pressure on the long line. If people caught on, they could've gone from the back of the long line to the front of the returns line and checked out way sooner.

Of course, this pissed off a customer waiting in the long checkout line enough to call for a manager which, while she appeared, resulted in no change.

Good service. I don't appreciate any of the poles on the carts. Feel disrespected, unappreciated and as if I am a criminal.  I AM NOT A CRIMINAL!  Many stores have problems with carts being taken out of the store without making the customers feel devalued.   It keeps me going to other stores regularly, where I am treated as an assumed good person.   Some may not care. I DO.

They have a good selection but they are very short on employees and the lines can get extremely lengthy. I waited atleast 15-20 minutes in the line.
