Experience was horrible today. The boy that normally sits by the front door with dreads was extremely unprofessional and very rude.  Reading the previous comments it seems as though this is his normal demeanor.  I would think that Thiago who is their district manager would hire quality customer focused sales representatives.  Stay far away from this store and drive a few more minutes to the next location in Alexandria.

Ashley was very nice, attentive and handled everything promptly & efficiently. Unfortunately, there was one gentleman with dreads who was very rude, ignorant and unpleasant to deal with that I encountered today that needs to be retrained, or needs to find a new place of employment.
