Great customer service, I had purchased the wrong dog food for my dog and had lost the receipt and they were very helpful to me in making the exchange without any issues. I brought my dog there too have his nails cut. The grooming staff were so nice and patient with my dog because he was very excited and they were happy to have him there. This petsmart location is great, I recommend everyone in the area to this location.

I bought a pyramid weekend feeder, used this product, and 3 days later 9 of my fish died, I told Pet Smart, and they said it mustve been some old food......NOOOO it was new food from apia which email doesnt work. I have 5 fish left, but guess where I i wont be replenishing my aquarium from

Brought my dog for a bath and was given back with it's hair cut. WTH? No apologies nor an explanation given. Would sue if necessary

I come here for all my animal needs. Great prices and selection! Floor staff could be trained better in handling the animals though.

Food for my crew...love the cashier with silver hair, calm, patient and very pleasant. Staff at Oxon Hill very helpful and the store is generally very clean, animals look good, and free of smells.
