Great Pharmacy!  Very helpful, friendly and always ready to answer any questions you might have. They're quick, doesn't take hours to get your medications unlike most pharmacy's around here. & the best part, AMAZING customer service. Never rude, & always goes out of his way to help the customers! Mike is the best pharmacist!!!!!!

If I could give them No Stars I would. The head pharmacist (male) failed to fill my prescription in a timely manner. I was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes. After waiting a half hour a Caucasian family entered and was taken care of right away. The head pharmacist left out the pharmacy to hold an extended conversation with the father of the family in the lobby. I now had been waiting 45 minutes and decided to check on my prescription. The young lady behind the counter stated it hadn't been put in and my prescription slip that my doctor provided me was still sitting on the counter unattended to. I asked for my slip and insurance card back and told them I'd go elsewhere. 

This is very unacceptable! The way this was handled was unprofessional and poor customer service. My prescription was only an ointment and could of quickly been filled especially since the pharmacy appeared slow. This is why I choose not to go to privately owned pharmacies. The only reason I went here to begin with was because my doctor stated AllCare may have it. I WILL BE STICKING WITH CVS OR RITE AID!! I will be contacting my insurance to make sure my insurance company didn't pay at this facility.

At the door my experience was wonderful and inviting. The staff was phenomenal. The owner i assume asked all meds i was on n he asked that i get all my meds transfered to them. The free delivery was a plus.
