Hired to install new hot water heater. Sent plumber (100/hr) helper (50/hr) shop man (50/hr.)  Charged for 4 hrs, and shop man merely delivered the heater and hung around for 3 hrs. 

Did not do proper flush of system in all faucets, particularly on the $15k walk in tub. This tub was being cleaned post install and could not be turned off.

Paid them $898.00 for install of a heater costing $931.00. Doesn't sound right, does it?

Called Able to do repair without charge  at 5:15pm and they said they would charge regular rates. Tech's comment was " well, it's your pipe,"

Lousy workmanship & customer satisfaction.  Wont recomend or use again.

I retract the previous, negative review of this plumbing company. Once communication was established they couldn't have been  nicer. They repaired my wall heater, not charging me for the cost of shipping the part. They charged very little for labor and were very solicitous about my situation when the temperatures were below freezing and we were all waiting for the part to arrive so the repair could be done. I will definitely call Abel Plumbing if I have any other plumbing needs. Thanks to all of you at Abel!

I recommend Able Plumbing if you have a job that will take at least an hour to fix. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, call the office and they will work with you to find a solution.
