I would never use this company again. Everything leading up to the payment was great, however when it came time to pay, my credit card wouldn’t go thru. I was on the phone with my credit card company for 15 minutes when I got a call from a lady in their office. She basically told me “ if you don’t get this resolved in 15 minutes, I will have to tell the technician to undo what was done.” I asked her if that was a threat and she stated “take it however you want to take it.” I spent over $500 on a repair with them and this was how I was treated due to the technicians impatience on me getting my credit card issue resolved. Turned out my card was flagged for fraud and 5 minutes later they were paid without even a thank you, just a “ yep, it worked.”

I have been very pleased with Mastercraft Heating & Cooling.
They installed my furnace and air conditioner in 2011 and have been providing the routine maintenance. They are timely, polite and have reasonable fees.

They are straight crooks warrenty and service mainance fees yearly still wont cover once there garbage brakes down and wanna charge another 85 dollars on top of the thousands and thousands i spent with them will warn anyone dealing with them to stay away owner if the most noncaring man i ever heard. Dont let them sucker you in fox 2 here we come to expose them crooks

In Jun 2017,  Mastercraft replaced furnace in one of my Condo's and when asked to replace a filter, they put a new humidifier (probably rarely used one) as part of package. In November, when the furnace kicked in, the humidifier leaked and sprayed water on the drywall and mould started showing up.

When I placed a call to Mastercraft, they claimed that they didn't even put that humidifier in first place. Taking accountability and fixing the problem seems to be an issue with this company.

Had Mike A. from Mastercraft come out to repair hot water tank. Was on time, polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
