The speed and response time was amazing.  We called on a Sunday night at 9PM, and there was someone in our basement before 10PM.  Zach Wilkins was also very kind and personable while he explained our options.  Zero pressure from Zach as well, which is always nice.  All things considering, Couldnt be more pleased with the experienced in light of the reason we had to call. Good service.

I called today to set up an appointment and asked them if it could be after 3PM and they said it was NO PROBLEM! It was a great feeling knowing they could work around my schedule! Zack W(0181) was amazing! So professional and very eager to explain how the problem happened and how to prevent it. I could tell he was very well trained in her profession and his personal skills made me feel very comfortable! The price was very reasonable! Zack had everything done in about 45 minutes and everything is working great! THANK YOU!!!!

My service tech was great. He came out and quickly fixed the problem and was very reasonable. The overall price was a bit steep but I guess that’s the going rate for emergency plumbers. The overall experience was good though

Tyler (2092) came even earlier than expected. He was careful to explain all my options. He fixed the problem quickly without having to go the most expensive route. I am very satisfied with my service.

We would highly recommend Roto Rooter and will use them again in the future.  Tyler, tech#2092, was super polite and friendly.  He was very professional and explained everything clearly.  !
