The men who came to do a clean and check of my sewer pipe were very professional with the way they addressed me and my situation. The supervisor walked with me around my draining system to explain to me about pitch and  sewer pipe sizes that work best for rain runoff. He also came in to explain to me the best way to flush my water heater. GOOD JOB all around.

We had a sewer back up. The tech was unable to get it unclogged the first day and had to return the next.  He did a great job and was very professional. Thankfully it is flowing great. Thank you for a job well done. We have had Rotorooter in the past and they have always done a great job.

Professional and timely!  Started sump pump project on my own.  I soon realized that it wasn't going to go the way I thought it was.  It was raining so I needed to get this completed quickly.  Called a local plumber who could not come out till tomorrow.  Called  Roto Rooter. They were there in less than 45 minutes.  After a quick assessment of what was needed, they were finished in an hour.  Orlando and his helper were professional and friendly and Orlando did his best to teach me the error of my ways!  Thank you for your help.  Positive experience.  Would not hesitate to call again.

(review on behalf of Luz, the service solicitor ) The service person, Orlando, came and quickly, efficiently, professionally tended to the issue at hand. He was courteous, highly knowledgeable, and was kind in his delivery of the summary of services needed and the pricing attached to it. He had an associate who worked to assist in expediting the service call and after it was all over both he and Orlando helped with the clean up of the area. These nice gents were both on their hands and knees in an attempt to leave the place better than they found it.  My Mother truly appreciated the thorough job and the peace of mind left behind.

Marco saved us thousands and we are so thankful! He found the drain for our washer that had been covered for at least two years. My husband and I have been emptying buckets of laundry water and now we don't have to! Marco and his technician were very polite and answered all questions we had. I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter for future pluming & drain service.
