Great young man who serviced our needs; would recommend him to my best friend or any friend. I understand profitability having owned 3 businesses in my past working days but I thought $185.00 reduced to $165.00 having a reduction for a coupon was quite a bit too much. And looking to file this, I found where Senior Citizens get a $35.00 reduction and trust me we are senior citizens. The young man took approximately 5 minutes to resolve our issue because I nor my wife could do the work nor did we have the equipment. Again as I said earlier I'm totally in agreement that a company like yours has to be profitable, but there were other factors at work here that made this less than an enjoyable experience.

Called last minute after a poor experience with another company. Servicemen came over with plenty of time to spare. They were friendly, down-to-earth, and explained all the work needed without any confusion. The replacement materials they brought along were solid quality, and after ensuring the work was done well, they followed up by inspecting all the other pipes and drains, just to prevent any further leaks in the immediate future. Fast, hardworking, and decent. It was a great experience.

The service technician was right on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. He was even nice to my dog! He explained each step in his process and gave me clear options for the solutions. Would definitely call them again.

I thought I had a good experience at first. But when the same water kept overflowing after my service, it became impossible to get anyone to return a phone call, come to my house to check on it, and when I asked for a refund, I was given the run around by several different people. I'm really disappointed that I haven't been able to get my discount, or a phone call returned. :( And then when I finally got a call from the decision maker, he yelled at me, interrupted me and then hung up on me.

Called and used 24 hour service and was able to set an appointment the following morning without problems. Service team arrived on time, were efficient, and concluded the task at hand in less than 15 minutes. Overall excellent experience.
