Bought a 2006 Honda Civic in Nov 2014 from them which is still in good condition. And they sold it to me for a great price!! However my experience was not the greatest. The sales rep pressured me to finalize the purchase and the car was not all set for pickup. The car was sold to me without visors, the battery died 3 days after having the car and my two back tires went flat after 6 days. They were pretty good about replacing the battery and visors but the owner was extremely rude when we asked him if he would reimburse us for the tires even though the car was still under warranty. He asked "why didn't you guys come here to get the tires replace"? Common sense should have told him that someone can't travel an hour with 2 flat tires. After they put in my visors we notice one of the clips were broken and they never called me about the replacement. I was pretty much over them after this point so I never bother to follow up. Their cars are reliable, the sales associate Mike I believe was really sweet but the owner was rude!

Great dealership, bought a beautiful used car for a great price. Rob is awesome, service was quick and process very easy and well explained. Owner Michael is down to earth and a great experienced person to work with. Would recommend to anyone in CT! We drove over an hour to go there and it was well worth our time.

Having spent the last 30 years in and out of more horrible car dealerships than I care to remember, I can say with absolute 100% certainty that this was the best car buying experience ever. They had our car ready when we got there and had us in and out within an hour. Owner Mike and salesman David treated us fairly and respectfully and delivered on every promise they made. They even delivered on some things they didn't promise! Great deal on a great car, absolutely perfect and will never buy another used car anywhere else. Thank you!!

This dealership and employees are amazing!! I came in to look at a vehicle and I have never had so much open honesty and the treatment that I received while there looking at the vehicle and then picking up the vehicle was beyond anything I have ever experienced before!! They were so open and honest about the vehicle, that I did purchase! They even went as far as working so late and repairing the vehicle, without it being included in the price I purchased the vehicle for! As myself and nephew were waiting on the car to be done, the owner of the dealership had gone out to grab myself and my nephew a slice of pizza!! I have never had any other place let alone the employees at another dealership extend this much curtesy!! I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle to come down to route 69 auto sales in prospect to get a vehicle!! You can’t go wrong and you will not be disappointed at all! I am extremely happy with their service and will refer anyone and everyone I know to them!! Amazing, amazing and amazing!!!

These are my guys. At least that is how they made me feel from the time I walked in the door. Mike asked me what my bottom line was out the door. I told him, and he worked with my budget and put me in a very cute yet reliable car. I had just left another dealership in Southington and the guy gave me a price and he called every hour after that trying to negotiate a deal. Bobby made me feel like we were long time friends and he took great care of me. I knew I was buying a used car. But there was a button that was missing and without question he ordered it and fixed it at no extra charge. This is my kind of people. I am telling everyone about them. It was that great of an experience. I hope I don't have to see them any time soon, unless its to bring them coffee. No doubt this is where I will do my car shopping.

Do Not buy a car from this dealership they are beyond shady!  I recently purchased a first car here for my daughter and the deal was that it must pass MA inspection or be repaired in such a way that it does.  The car failed.  I had the repair made locally because MA law does not permit driving with a red “R” sticker. The  owner, after being very rude, disrespectful, bashing the MA system which I don’t agree with but must abide by, finally agreed to send me a check for the amount of the repair.    I have yet to see it more than a month later.  His cell # will not accept messages, he does not return texts and the dealership # is not in service.   When I go to live chat on the website and inform them of this they ask for my name and number and type that they are working a “different lot”.  I am going to report them every place I can.  Perhaps they are already out of business, I do wish that upon them.    The only positive things  I have to say are that the car is a Honda so should be reliable and that our salesman, Dave, was helpful and polite.  Hopefully he has found an honest place to work!

I bought an SUV from them. I was told by the sales rep that i would get a 30 warranty on the car. It was never put in the paperwork. It was not ready when I picked it up. They replaced the air conditioning compressor with a used one that leaked 2 days after it was installed. When I talked to their service manager he said"We replaced it as we said we would". They did, but with a junk used part. They never repaired the leaking axle seal and gave me a hard time when I approached them about it. I was so disgusted with the whole ordeal that I am having the problems fixed myself as I would not even trust them to do the work properly at this point. The owner is a very hard person to deal with when there is a problem. In my opinion,All he wants is your money as far as I am concerned. This is the second car I have bought there and I was not real happy with my first experience.  I will not buy another car there and will steer all my friends to other dealers. All in all, I would not suggest anyone buy cars from them unless they fix all the problems as they say they will and a certified mechanic checks their work BEFORE any money changes hands.

Rob did an awesome job helping me find a great used car deal. He was knowledgable about all of the vehicles and was able to help me pick out the right car without pressuring me into anything. He was easy to talk to and very friendly. The staff was also very welcoming and the whole experience here was just fun, quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Not a kid friendly place. Owner told us our car should be ready Wednesday and wasn’t. So we came the next day at 2pm when he said it would be ready again and had us waiting. 4 pm rolls around and our children 1 and 2 years old start crying and he tells us to take them out cause they are trying to run a business. I was very disappointed because we came on time and waited on them and they had us go outside with our little children in the pouring rain.  Also lot of lip service. Was told that we would get our car with a full tank of gas, the radio programmed and they would check and make sure everything was working properly. Well the gas tank was on empty, they didn’t program the radio nor give us the number to do so, and our doors weren’t closing properly. We had many issues with this dealer and they never helped us resolve our door issue. The problem was that once we paid them and signed everything they seemed to no longer care about us. Please don’t make the same mistake we did and stay away from this dealer. They also called me and told me to take my original review off which was shocking to me. So I wouldn’t trust their ratings.
