Picked up my Mazda CX-5 yesterday and I love it! Brooke, our sales consultant, was awesome! Great personality, fun and made the experience easy and stress free! First time buying a car and I had to drive 40 min to have the pleasure to get my first car with Mike at Modern Mazda! I contacted mike online for an used mazda 3. We drove test it and he explained us everything about the car. I wasn’t too sure about the car especially cause it was used so I forgot about it and moved on. Three days later, Went to NY to see if i find a better deal. Mike sent me a text informing me that the car is sold but he can help me with any assistance I need to find the one I’m looking for. His and their approach is way better than other dealerships that call you EVERYDAY to push you about your decision. I was in NY Mazda when i received his message. I drove back and decided to work with him. He got the one I love with the right color and features. It can’t get any better. Mike was helpful since day 1 for instance he deserved my business! In the future I’m definitely bringing more business for them and with them! Again thank you Mike and thank you Modern Mazda!

I had a great experience at Modern Mazda. This is my second Mazda. Out with the 17 touring Machine gray metallic and I welcomed the 2021 GT silver. John “Fish” Salmon was very helpful and more importantly, patient. He explained everything thoroughly. I felt well taken care of by Anthony, Nicole and Jessica as well. Everyone was very friendly and I never felt pressured. I’ve dealt with the service department prior to this purchase and their going above and beyond really made me want to seek out a new purchase at Modern. Very family like feeling. I couldn’t be happier.

I had the pleasure of working with Natalie to purchase a 2020 Mazda3 and it went seamlessly start to finish. It was my first time purchasing a car of my own, so I came into the process somewhat anxious about what to expect. After visiting several other dealerships, I landed on Modern Mazda because the staff was patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to purchase and once I had decided to go for it, they were organized and efficient with the logistics. Even after I took the car off the lot, they’ve been incredibly responsive with my questions and requests. I would highly recommend working with this dealership, especially Natalie, if you’re looking for a low-pressure, comfortable car buying experience.

Modern Mazda's whole staff, the finance department and the beautiful, wonderful woman Brooke Smith that sold me my brand new 2022 Mazda CX-5 from was a tremendous help in helping me make the proper purchase and ensuring I had everything I need to make my purchase. In fact, there was a misunderstanding where my plates were forgotten to be put on  which I ensure most likely never happens...but!! and she left work and brought them to me personally and put them on my car! Brooke went above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth as possible and was very friendly and personable. If she is still there in 10 years when I go back for my next Mazda, I hope she can be the one to sell me my next car! Great customer service! You guys ROCK! Thank you so much for being there for my first brand new car purchase! The accident made things stressful finding a new car for everyday life and you guys, especially Brooke, made it so much easier to get the purchase done! I assisted my daughter in the purchase of a new Mazda CX 5. Before I made this purchase I spoke with 5 different dealerships throughout the state, as well as in another state. Price was important but was not the overlying factor in my decision. Not only did I receive a more than fair price for the vehicle but the service was probably the best service I have ever received at any dealership including Range Rover, BMW and Jaguar of which I currently own 2 of the listed vehicles. John Salmon and Michael Belval where not only informative but thorough, very low key and answered all questions and concerns in a manner that gave us the confidence we needed, knowing that, "Long Term" if we have any issues with the vehicle, they will go beyond what normal dealership protocol would answer to. Great Dealership, Great people and a team of folks that work in unison. I will be coming back for another vehicle when time calls.

Some of the BEST people to work with If you’re looking to purchase a car! I had the pleasure of meeting and working with 5 people from the dealership starting with Product Specialists Brooke & Tess being there and willing to work with my busy work schedule. To the sales manager Anthony who made sure I was happy with everything throughout the process. The part I was stressing the most about was a major surprise, Jessica in the finance department made me feel so comfortable and even took the time to explain the available items to me and allowed me to make the right decisions for myself. I have never owned a Mazda before, but I know I’ve made the best and right choice!

Just bought my first Mazda from Modern Mazda and had the best experience ever! Our salesperson Brooke was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention friendly and down-to-earth. The rest of the team we met, Brian and Jessica, were equally great. The level of service and attention to detail, responsiveness to questions, and follow-up to ensure our satisfaction has been excellent.

The sales team at Modern Mazda is great, especially Jenn! She did everything she could to make sure I left happy the day I met with her. She genuinely cares about her customers wants/needs. Jess from finance is also fantastic! She’s very honest and isn’t just trying to talk you up to sell you something you don’t need. I would definitely buy with Modern again!
