Took me right away after Bella Nail told me i had a 10 am appt, and when i arrived i was told i had to wait 30 min or more. Whats the point of a appt. Live the chrome nail hob i got .

Everything was rushed... my big toe was just cut, not even filed down around the sides... my gel polish that went over the glitter on my ring finger was never smoothed down, so now I'm scratching everyone. OH, and there is a spiders nest near the drying area. The girl drying her nails killed like 5 little ones while her toes were drying. So gross.

Worst place I have ever been to. First off, more expensive than everywhere in the area. It wasn't worth it. My technician was an older woman who did not speak English very well, so when she wanted me to move my legs a different way, she kept slapping them. Horribly rude! I also had a design picked out on my phone that I wanted and she refused to look at the design and insisted I would like the flower she drew. It was horrible. She drew Hawaiian flowers on my toes, looked like it was for a 5 year old. I nicely asked her if she would redo them, and she had to have a coworker translate, and her coworker was also horribly rude and said it was my fault because I didn't show her a picture. I TRIED TO BUT SHE WOULDNT LOOK AT IT. I have never felt so upset about a pedicure.

Never go here!!! I'm not even kidding. I came in knowung EXACTLY what i wanted. 
I've never had my hands hurt so bad after getting my nails done. My cuticles are beat red & raw from the nail file. The shaping is horrible!!! The color isint smooth. Not to mention the nail polish all over my hands.
You can tell everything was rushed!! You don't set an appointment an hour before close if all you're going to do is rush threw. 
I PAYED 45 DOLLARS FOR A FILL!!! this is the same price I payed at a different salon for a FULL SET!! I don't recommend anyone going here.

Greatest nail salon ever. VERY Clean, lots of choices for everything, very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Can't wait to go back!
