Had a girl's night with my mom and daughter (5) here. My mom's stylist was great, as was mine, although I ended up having to wait nearly a half hour past my scheduled appointment time. She apologized and also spent ample time, ensuring my requests were taken care of. My daughter's stylist, however, was less than polite and very rushed. Refused to blow dry my toddler's hair. Said I should've requested this when I scheduled an appointment two weeks prior. I've taken my daughter there multiple times before, never once did I need to request this service to be done! Even once as a walk-in! Then she left my daughter sit in the corner, by herself, for nearly a half hour. Not too happy about that. Apparently my daughter's stylist had a "more important" client arriving, one who was having a much more expensive service performed (coloring). Apparently my daughter was not of importance as a "low cost service appointment". My mom and u were pleased with our cuts, etc. My mom's stylist even went above and beyond to paint my daughter's fingernails, which we of course paid for. I only wish I knew who my daughter's stylist was, so I could be sure to NEVER request her in the future. I had been to this salon many times; this time, however, I was less than impressed. Better luck next time on getting a stylist who will do their best work, no matter the service requested and dollars spent.

Always a pleasant visit to Studio E! Very friendly staff, love how they do a consult and quote before starting.. always good to know how much the service will be before starting. I definetly recommend Foua!

Update (6/9/17) - Another fantastic experience! Did something completely different today - new cut/style and color! Wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but talked it over with Amy & Crystal who gave me some ideas and suggestions and we decided together what to do. I LOVE MY NEW LOOK! The color is absolutely amazing and so is the cut. Something I notice every time I'm there is how the staff all work as a team. Everyone is always so positive and upbeat. Today Sara Lynn helped out with my foil and she was great as well. Thank you Studio E!! Previous Review: Wonderful experience. Thank you Studio E! Went there yesterday for highlights, facial, makeup application and updo in preparation for an event. Everyone was great and I absolutely LOVED My hair. The spa facial was also amazing. Will definitely be back!

An excellent salon, love it here!! Sara is just awesome, I highly recommend her!!!! She always does an amazing job! Great advice (and products)! Amy is highly recommended too, haven't let anyone else cut my son's hair - love it how they actually listen to what you want -very friendly place!

Studio E is one of the greatest places to go to for hair and nails!!! I have come here for several years with friends and family for just getting our nails done. Just last year I started also coming here for getting my hair and my daughter's hair done. Everything is literally done to perfection! And I am from Germany and appreciate perfection a lot!:) Alone the first assessment of the hair is majorly professional and done with extreme thought! No "cookie-cutter" hair cuts here! Sara is absolutely awesome!!! She is doing our nails for years and now our hair. I highly recommend her in addition to Amy, Tara, Leila and Ashley! Kelly at the reception is also awesome! Customer care is fantastic and majorly flexible! We always have literally a total blast here! The owner, Crystal, has a heart of gold!!! She is super kind, caring and giving! Go and try it!!! You will love it!!!
