My Stylist is Erin, and she always does a great job. The salon is always clean, well lit and nicely decorated. The services are as long or as quick as you like and can include scalp massages and things in the like. Refer friends too, because there is a discount referral program to benefit from alongside a points reward system! All in all a great place to make something as mundane as a haircut just a bit more specail.

For the first time that I've been to a salon I got what what I've wanted. The salon was beautiful and relaxing. I recommend Michael to anyone.

I had stopped here while in Wausau scoping out wedding vendors and had loved the salon as well as what they told me about my wedding day hair experience; that we could bring in food from next door and have the spa portion to ourselves to have a relaxing morning before the wedding festivities started.  I was sold!

So, I had set up hair appointments for me and my bridesmaids about a year before my wedding with Terradea.  I then called about 6 months after that to confirm our appointments, which were still on the books. 

Then, when I called about 90 days before my wedding to confirm my appointment...it magically had disappeared.  The front desk woman on the phone even remembered me coming in to book my appointments and confirm them months later and apologized that another wedding party was booked that day but offered to put my party on the books for 12:00 or 9:00 AM....which was either way to early or was cutting it extremely close...and completely took away the whole experience of being the only party in there and it being relaxing for me and my party.

So I was essentially forced to go else where and fit where I could for appointments at  other locations.

While I'm sure that the service that day would have been great, the service and organization before the wedding was unfortunately not there so be cautious and make sure that you do your homework and talk with the people you need to talk to in order to make sure your day is actually saved and that the expectations are clear.

Products that were on the shelf were not available for purchase, sales woman (maybe the owner) was rude.
***  If you are a pure privilege card owner don't shop here because she doesn't recognize the membership.

I love this place for hair and spa services! The owners are great and all the stylists ROCK! I've seen Michael and Aaron and love their work! I always get great service and recommend them to everyone! I've also gotten a massage there and the prices are great!
