Edvin (1879) was great and helpful.  He was working on an ejector pump replacement when our power went out.  He gave us his personal phone and we kept in contact as our estimated return of power kept getting extended and was 8 days in total.  Once power was restored he cam over on his day off and finished the job.  We really appreciated the customer service and him staying in touch with us until the problem was fixed.

Had a terrible clog in my bathroom. I wasn’t able to shower or flush. I tried to snake it out myself but nothing worked. I called Roto-Rooter’s Bronx location and spoke to Rem. She was very helpful and although it was close to 2pm she assured me a technician would come and do the free estimate before 6pm. A technician called me at 4:30 to let me know they would be there between 5-5:30. They arrived on time and were very professional about the plumbing mess they had to work through. They were finished in what seemed like no time. They even honored the $40 off coupon for this service advertised on their website. They were able to take my debit card payment and give me a receipt and all was well before dinnertime. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Several days ago we experienced a waste water back up in our house, it was bad. I called Roto-Rooter they stated they would come to help us deal with our crisis. There was snow coming I had no idea wheather they would even show up. Shortly after that there was a young man at our door. Edvin was here! He turned out to be not only knowledgeable and efficient but respectful and polite.  He was determined to solve our issue and he did. Roto-Rooter should what a great employee they have in Edvin. Thank you!

Service today was excellent.  Roto Rooter called with a schedule time and arrived promptly.  He was courteous and explained thoroughly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it.  I would definitely recommend using them for service.

So glad this is a 24/7 service. Main sewer line decided to clog this holiday weekend so what else to do but call RR- great ,efficient ,prompt work!
