They came to the house to service the boiler and water heater. The person cleaned out the boiler, scrubbed all the pipes down, changed the washers, re-sealed everything, vacuumed all the crevices, and wiped everything down. Even tagged/labeled all the pipes. I thought he did a thorough job and would recommend this company to others. He didn't clean everything would a fine tooth comb (as expected) but I thought he was thorough enough.

I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient in explaining everything to me. That was very important to me. 

I haven't had much experiences with other companies but the feel I got was this place might charge a little more than others but they do offer discounts and pricing can be "negotiated".

Angel C.   One, extremely professional, well qualified, polite and very friendly plumber on the staff of Ranshaw Plumbing and Heating. He is a credit to his employer and presents himself as a very articulate and informative individual.  His work habits are efficient, he is extremely neat and he leaves his work sites clean and tidy. You can be sure that whenever I have a problem in our building or if someone asks me to recommend a plumbing firm...I will recommend RANSHAW and suggest they ask to have Angel assigned to handle their issue. We recently had a problem with our bathroom shower. It was a Grohe system which was rather complicated & not easy to find replacement parts for. We were so lucky to work with Hing who went above & beyond to fix our problem & saved us from having to rip out our shower wall. Hing is a true professional, very knowledgeable & takes pride in his work. We would trust him completely with any plumbing issues.

Very bad service.  They are a fraud.  They charged me $430 for the service and they didn't find any problem, but initially they quoted for $125.  They wouldn't refund me and charged me extra time to fix the problem.
