Place was busy. Had to find parking spot. Walked up to the "to go" counter and my order was waiting for me! Napkins were already in the bag. I ordered in their app and had a reward of buy one entree get one free. So I have lunch and dinner. Received a free nylon bag! Which is why I went today.
Overall good spot for Mexican fish tacos and shrimp items. This location is extremely clean. The staff was friendly and speedy. The food is okay, not the greatest but not the worst. The battered fish was not fresh. Could have been because I stopped by later in the day when they were almost closing. The location is hard to spot when driving, it's in a large shopping center and not facing the main road, can only see it from the parking lot.
This is the most unorganized and badly run rubios ever. The manager is running around yelling and barking at people . If he spent as much time actually working as he does going around apologizing for the bad service - we all might not need to put up with wrong orders and slow cashiers . This place. For the price and loud rude man running around , I’d rather go somewhere else . But unfortunately I already paid for my food . I have yet to get my meal.
Manager is very rude to customers & employees. Over heard him yelling at staff very aggressively in the kitchen while waiting on my order. Our waitress came out crying :/
You can't beat the 'Coastal Trio' - great food! My Son had the 'Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon Burrito'- great atmosphere! The prices are reasonable- $9.99 for the trio!
Picked up my usual my street corn bowl, but this time the proportion was half the bowl! Why?! Theirs a line on the bowl and the food didn’t even make to that line. Won’t be coming back any time soon. And out 4-5 people that were preparing food only one person had hair net. SMH RUBIOS
So disappointed, this was terrible I got the impossible nachos to go. They were soggy and absolutely inedible. There was also a massive amount of sour cream and guac covering the entire box which made them colder and soggier. Ingredients were not spread around and just in a big gross pile in the middle. I’m so upset because I only eat out once every couple weeks as that’s all I can afford on a student budget. This was a huge waste of money for a meal I can’t even eat never mind have leftovers. So a double waste of money. Shame on you for charging $13 for soggy inedible trash!
food is way too pricy for the portions you get especially if you ask for it to go it’s like they serve you way less than what you ask for and they always miss something/add something and i’m forced to use my own food at home to make the dish complete. it’s good but not good enough for the price
Just wanted to give A quick shout out to the manager who seems to always be there and is always keeping a positive attitude. He might be a supervisor,but in any case, he is often right there handing out food and ringing people up. All his workers in the back seemed to have a positive attitude and made the orders happen quick. This is a stand up store amongst many restaurants that are flailing in current circumstances.
