The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I had the Bacon Beer Cheese brat, fries, and to celebrate national cheese curd day, their cheese curds. My favorite item was hands down the cheese curds. I think they're one of my favorites in the Quad Cities area. I also enjoyed the brat and fries while I washed it down with a cold raspberry sour beer. What knocked my review down a star for me was the menu on the website wasn't the menu I got when I sat down to order. I was really looking to try one brat, but ended up trying the bacon one instead. The other menu online definitely had more options so it was bit of a let down seeing that there were only 3 brat options to choose from. Overall if you need a brat, bike, or beer this is the place to go!
We came for the food. Nashville chicken is tasty and spicy. Fries are crispy. The Winter salad was amazingly refreshing. Great place to gather with friends and family.
This place is pretty rad. They sell and fix bicycles. They also have well above average food. Much better than typical bar food you find around town. I had the $3 for $9 chorizo tacos with fried jalapeños with pico and crema sauce. BEST TACO IN DPORT?!?
We were in town to explore and were trying hard to find a bar and grill that was dog friendly, and weren't having much luck. Thanks to Facebook, we were recommended Ruby's! We sat outside, where they had a ton of tables, even a volleyball and pickleball court! They had dog bowls for water, a great selection of cold beer, and the food was great! We got the ball bearing appetizer and buffalo chicken wrap, which came with fries. All very good! Definitely a nice place for the area.
Late stop, got a beer and the best Reuben ever! Bread wasn't soggy, light smokey notes and thick meat!
It really is bikes, beers, and great food. They always have a delicious assortment of beers on tap as well as appetizers and meals. I love a place that offers a meatless Burger option. Outside seating is just real nice for a downtown experience
Ordered a burger and a side salad tonight and did not want french fries. Got my bill and was still charged for a burger and fries and a side salad. Informed my waitress and she replied before I could even get it out of my mouth, "I know it's a dumb rule and doesn't make sense, sorry!" Needless to say I will not be coming back. Also everytime I eat there the menu keeps getting smaller. Probably the 4th time it's happened. Every time I ask why and they reply "COVID". To me it seems more like they are on the verge going out of business. Probably hard to keep customers when you charge people for food they didn't even order.
We stopped here on a ride through Davenport. The Dragon of the Pacific pizza is amazing! The Agave garlic knots and dipping sauces are perfect, and The Maker drink delicious! The service is fantastic! So glad we stopped here!
Food was great, but kitchen was a little slow, possibly because they were packed on the "Holiday Train" night, and possibly still just trouble finding people that want to work aka understaffed. Decor is kind of cool, and staff was very friendly.
Great beer list and food choices!
