Verrrry special place <3 top tier food and staff was so nice and excellent. I was a part of an event in the big event space in the back! It was bright, well decorated, lovely energy in this space. And the food was literally so delicious. Loved everything about my experience here. Easy to find and to park as well!
I can’t say enough good things about Ruckus. The strawberry goat cheese hot honey toast I had was delicious. Coffee was good and service was exceptional. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming. I sat for almost three hours doing homework and was not bothered. Will definitely be going back.
Chill atmosphere with friendly staff, onsite parking, great delicious food and awesome coffee. Everything is prepared fresh with high quality ingredients. I love this place! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Calm, family friendly atmosphere. Parking: Nice parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entry. No stairs. Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian options
Very cool coffee spot! Super local - clearly has community ties with local artists frequently playing music. Had lots of art from North Hills HS hung up when we stopped in. I was surprised by the sheer number of food and drink options. My only complaint is that the panini I ordered was not pressed, so more of a sandwich which I wasn't expecting. This is really just me being weird about sandwiches but wanted others like me to be aware lol. Still super tasty and a great alternative to all the big brand coffee shops in the area. We will be back!!
This is a really sweet café. I’ve been here a couple of times and the owner is really wonderful, and does things like compost and other sustainability efforts to be Earth-friendly. They have a really nice array of food with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available, and serve breakfast all day. Also a great selection of drinks! Their whole staff is super nice and all the baked goods are from scratch. Highly recommend!
This place had a really really good food! The Italian vegetarian wrap that I got was delicious. The service was wonderful and the place was pretty packed when we were there, which is always a good sign. The building itself could use a little TLC. The bathroom wasn't very stocked and the place was in a little bit of disarray. Today was a pretty warm day and there wasn't very good air conditioning inside. Would definitely go back and order again just for the delicious food! Parking: Crude parking, but plenty of spots for a Cafe.
Went with a friend, it was my first time. Atmosphere is fantastic, service was quick and personable. Art on the walls was beautiful, definitely considering going back so I can add some to my wall. Coffee was great and you have to try the pumpkin roll. Delicious! Cant recommend hard enough.Food: 5/5
We visit, at least, twice a week. It's a staple for a modern breakfast full of healthy alternatives and home cooked flavor. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The owner is always creating more than a restaurant. It is just that. It's a place that brings community together and showcases local artists. I will risk waiting in a longer line because of a glowing review. Ruckus deserves it
We really wanted to like this place and have it two chances, but it just wasn't very tasty. In total we tried 4 different food items with sides and all four and the sides were bizarrely off on flavor mostly offering very little flavor or synergized flavors. On the one time we tried potatoes, they were severely undercooked in the middle and burnt on the outside. Very much wanted to like this establishment, but cannot in good faith recommended it to others. We also tried four different beverages, they were not all bad like the food, but still left a lot to be desired.
This place is awesome and a much needed place in the area. There aren't many local coffee shops in the Shaler/North Hills. I love their coffee and food. I haven't been here for lunch or dinner, but I'm sure the food is great too. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it's a bit pricey.
