I’ve managed a McDonald’s in the past. Quality was absolutely unacceptable. Reg meat looks like it was burnt straight from grill and then left in cabinet since they started serving lunch this morning. Dry and disgusting. Buns were hard and stale. One bottom bun was missing. Fries were cold. Manager fixed the order but unfortunately this just isn’t acceptable for a fast food franchise as large as McDonald’s. Do better guys.
Customer service was friendly via drive-thru. Got my food, opened it home. The presentation looked sloppy. When I picked up my chicken sandwich there was a dead bug laying on the lettuce. Absolutely disgusted and annoyed!! Yuck! Immediately took pictures and then threw it away. Days later, I returned to West View McDonald's to get a full refund. The manager was cooperative, very apologetic and gave me a full refund. He even said he would let his GM know about this incident and he will personally check the food in the back for more bugs. But I don't know if he really did any of this.. I will not go back to this McDonald's again because this was my second unfortunate mishap. Another time, my chicken is was hard as a brick, no exaggeration!
Quality has really gone downhill not the employees they're very nice but the size of the food and the lack of effort put into preparing the meal as I'm acceptable one time I forgot my wallet just for a cup of coffee frequenting this establishment daily told him I left my wallet at home and didn't even offer to give the free coffee for me to return with the money! Will not be going back anytime soon!
I liked my food, but the kind staff attempted to deceive me! I ordered a Big Mac sammich, and asked if it came with pickles. They said no, and when it came, my pickle allergy flared up! Luckily I was able to get them off and enjoy my sammy, please don’t try and preposterously put people in pickles like you did to me McDonalds.
Took them 5 minutes in drive thru to make two Oreo flurry’s. They weren’t even mixed…huge chunks of Oreo sprinkles on top and vanilla ice cream mix only below that. Worse, it tasted…off. Two bites and threw it away. Breyers + Oreos = cheaper and better quality. Never coming here again.
I have been stopping to get an iced caramel coffee and oatmeal. They are so good. And the employees make you feel like they are glad to see you.Food: 5/5
VERY VERY VERY SLOW. If you want to wait in line for 30 min to finally get your order then this is your place. Poor service too. I have no idea what they are doing to make it this slow. Playing with eachother or something. It’s a very bad place. Don’t go here
Bathrooms aren't kept up to par on useful toiletries ex Hand soap for washing hands, seat covers for the toilets and toilet paper for you know whatFood: 1/5
Tried to come here twice on Mondays before noon, both times lobby was closed with no sign or anything. I get being understaffed and being unable to open the lobby, but at least inform customers of that. Another time around 4 I did takeout, food was correct and hot but they were unfortunately out of the chocolatey pretzel McFlurry they're advertising. But seriously at this point update your lobby hours if it's not gonna be open.
I had to wait for sweet tea because it WASN'T out with the pop display. But employees apologize. They were busy but very nice.Food: 5/5
