I purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon over the Internet. Robyn Bogart was responsive, efficient and professional. When I arrived at the dealership they had me in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend this dealership. ( traveled from Spokane to get the truck I wanted and glad I did)

Manipulative idiots. I drove an hour to come look at a truck that they had told me over the phone was parked on the lot. Upon showing up, they could not find the truck. Then they told me the truck was at another lot. Then the story went around and around to finally finding out the truck was at an auto body shop because the truck had damage. A junior salesman drove me to the shop with a promise of a test drive and the shop was closed. We then went back and I spoke to a manager who tried to get me to buy the truck without a test drive. Mind you the truck was over priced by $3k. I told them I would buy the truck after I drove it and asked them to give me a call when it was available. It's been 8 months and they still haven't called me. I will never do business there and will urge friends and family to stay away.

The staff here goes out of their way to be friendly & they are very knowledgeable. This is my third trip to the dealership since I moved here this year, and everyone has always seemed to be happy and very helpful. I loved the fact that they vacuumed my car & cleaned my windows. It's the little things!

Worse than I imagined a car-buying experience could be. Salesmen (I worked with two) were manipulative and wasted my time, forcing me to make multiple long-distance visits to the dealership where nothing went as planned. I was never quite sure if it was intentional or just incompetence, but frustrating either way. Finance was downright shady, tried to tell me that the "attorney general wouldn't allow them" to take my credit union financing. Magically, after I walked away, they were fine with that option, but could never explain to me why the answer changed. So many answers changed, constantly. 

Bottom line: avoid dealing with them if you can, and if you can't, do your research and be prepared or you will be taken advantage of.

I would also note that I have provided feedback directly to management via multiple channels and they have not responded in any way, so I can only conclude that they didn't see anything they would do differently in this situation.

Friendly employees and great service. They also have a great play room full of toys to keep the kids entertained while they're working on your vehicle.
