This review is long overdue, but wanted to say thank you for the great customer service throughout the dealership! The quality of work was excellent as well. Even though I hadn't bought my car from Rudy Luther Toyota, Dan S (Parts and Accessories Consultant) and Tony Z (Sales) went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and have earned my businesses.  Because of this experience, I will come back to Rudy Luther Toyota when it's time for my next vehicle purchase.

Best car buying experience ever. My husband and I had been to FIVE dealerships earlier in the day, and we thought we were simply ready for something to be chosen FOR us at this point. We retired the search after the fourth, went home and hoped online. I found my dream car (newer, cooler *orange* Subaru) with a simple online search and called Rudy Luther to see if it was still available. It WAS with only 40 minutes to spare of their business being open. We raced from White Bear Township across town to Golden Valley and the sales person, Chandler, had already had the vehicle pulled up for a test drive ready for me. We started the sales interaction at 4:40pm (closing at 5:00), Chandler patiently stayed with us, and emphasized that we were going to complete this sale on *our* time. Chandler worked with a man from finances and they both were just stellar about making sure we were leaving happy. Chandler worked hard to make sure our new car was going to fit our lifestyle and budget - he succeeded. Our sale concluded at 7:00pm (two hours past closing) and Chandler and his team never rushed us or made us feel that we were inconveniencing him. He went above and beyond. Did I forget to mention we (irresponsibly) had our 1.5 year old son with us who was no short of being described as a terror during this experience? Not even a bat of an eye from anyone regarding this huge distraction. As new parents, we were super stressing out - but they made it easier by not passing judgement. Our first order of business with Rudy Luther was pretty amazing, can't wait to refer people and pass on the story of success. Thank you very much!

Went to trade in our old vehicles for something newer. Had an excellent experience. Mike(sales) and Nick(finance) were awesome!  These guys were friendly, super knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Buying a car is pretty stressful but these guys made it like a morning spent with good friends. We actually had a blast! They gave us a fair price if not a little generous in my opinion for the trades. Could not ask for a better experience. These guys deserve at minimum a high five from upper management. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back!

Tried to bring a key blank that I bought online here to get cut. The parts guy said it wouldn’t fit in his machine WITHOUT EVEN TRYING. What kind of car dealership can’t fit freaking car keys into their key machine?!!?? He sure was happy to suggest that I buy a new car key from him and acted like $209 for a car key was a totally reasonable alternative to cutting my blank that “wouldn’t fit in his machine”.

Good work spaces while you wait. Good coffee too. I feel like as far as big dealerships go, the prices are pretty fair. I don't get the feeling like I'm being up sold either.
