This was the first time I felt a bit taken advantage of by service advisor. Was just in for an oil change a couple months prior and he tried to sell me on another oil change knowing I wasn't due. I had to call him out on it. Loaner car was great, everything taken care of and her communicative on timing, etc.

Fourth time I've had to visit the dealership. The front desk and service depart front desk staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. The service department agents describe fully what's going to be done. I've noticed that out of the three times I've been there, that if your Rover is going to take longer to repair than expected. You will feel like you're being rushed. They are by far the hardest service agents to work with. I'm sure the whole Range Rover company knows that you are forced to deal with them. Because of the programming codes they won't share with non-range rover autoshops. The dealership is the only one in Minnesota. So they're always booked a week out. They take another week to compete a repair, that any big chain auto shop can do in a day or two max. Top of the line SUVs and their owners should not have to wait an absurd amount of time for repairs. I drop off my Rover to a chain auto shop that just worked on it to have the leaking front air shock replaced. They had to hand it over to the dealership. I had left the country for a week, arrived back and nothing had been done. Land Rover didn't bother to contact the other name that shows up with the SUV. I also don't think I even received a voicemail from them. OR AN E-MAIL that I could've quickly replied to from the Caribbean and okayed the work. Today, Tuesday I'm told an update by the end of the week. Probably start of next week. For two air shocks and an alignment with reprogramming. Sure whatever. iLAND Diagnostic Tool App  is what I'm looking into right now. I'm sure my nearby chain autoshop will have no issue if the owner does his own reprogramming, so they can have my money in exchange for reasonable repair time. Lexus across the highway from land rover is night and day difference. I look forward to bring my Lexus in for it's scheduled maintenance. Land Rover on the other hand as a dealership that I'm forced to go to. I gave the second star only because of the vehicles and front staff.

I'm not overly impressed. We came in the front door, asked to see a sales person. The sales person ended up working with us and somebody else at the same time. This was a bad experience! When you're there to purchase a Rover or Jaguar, you want somebody to give you 100% of their attention. The first time I visited this place, I got no attention whatsoever because I was wearing jeans. They are very judgemental.

Extremely rude center. They allowed their tech to take my Range Rover to use as a personal car (take home every night) and pick up clients as they didn't have enough time to diagnose my warranty issue during the work day. Hopkins jeep is a close 2nd - Luther dealership, go figure. Wont wast your time with this place. They will fight you on every warranty claim, tell you you're wrong. Poorly managed, service managers act like I'm inconvienceing them when come for service. 0/10 First question Jerome asked when I came in, "well did you buy the car from us" no I didn't, and that's completely irrelevant on a warranty issue.

I came in for Service on 10/5/17 for my Land Rover was asked the issue charged $302.00 for and Diagnostic Service which wasn't done, they Guessed at my repairs and on 10/06/2017 charged 1000.000 to leave with Exact Problem I came with. Land Rover does not Live up to their Supposed Reputation. They Charge their Cliental for the Service or Lack of. They Do not stand behind there work and require you to take further steps to get Proper Maintenance and Repairs.
