Horrible staff, they don't care about your maintenance requests. Took them a month to change a light bulb. The pool is always nasty and dirty, the community is loud, always some sort of construction going on at the nearby parking. Haven't had a good night's sleep in 6 months that we stayed there! And I'm  still waiting for my deposit check a full month after we moved out.

Staff is very friendly.  Apartment are nice and everyone has geeted us nicely. Highly Recommended!!! Love the location..

So far I've been living here for 1 month and they've satisfied every need that I've had highly recommend. The apartments themselves are outstanding for an apartment.

The foundation was cracked. The walls are super thin. When neighbors file complaints the management companies doesn't ask you anything but assume. The management company very rude employees. I've been told that they will how my vehicles6if I park in front of my garage but my lease says it ok. Sounds like breach of contract. Seems as if rules only apply to certain residents. They have this dog rule to where you have to pick up your dog poo but where I stay I've seen the owners not pick it up. Last but not least the $1300 I pay to stay here is not worth it at all. I can me paying a mortgage or actually staying in a townhome for that amount of money. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

I have lived at SaddleBrook for a year and half now. My experiences have been very positive. The maintenance is great and the leasing staff are all very nice.
