This company has been placing small "for sale by owner" signs all over the Ingersoll Park Neighborhood for a "money pit" house at 650 45th Street.  The Solutions Now signs say:  Bad Credit Ok.  Think about it:  this is the only "bad" house in the neighborhood.  The neighbors don't deserve to have our neighborhood characterized as one where irresponsible behavior is ok.  It seems as if this company is trying to draw buyers who are not careful or intelligent enough to realize that the house for sale is not a good buy.   The BBB states Solutions Now does NOT have their accreditation and has received a complaint against it for bad sales practice.
