Reasonably priced, pet friendly, amenities (pool, golf course, dog park), great location, safe neighborhood. I've had to submit a couple of minor service requests  (leaking tub faucet, blocked garbage disposal) and both were resolved same day. Office staff is very friendly and quick to help.

I just moved out after living there for 2 years (15-17). 

The staff I dealt with were all great. Nice and helpful. The maintenance was also and fixed any issues I had quickly. 

The floors were all laminate that looked like natural wood, except the bedroom which was carpeted. 

Tenants could be annoying but that could be found anywhere.

Older apartment buildings, and they "jump" your rent up without telling you almost $300! Don't fix things when you tell them about things.

STAY AWAY - RENTER BEWARE. They are reporting false information on the credit report. Will be moving out when my lease is up.
