Safe Responsible was amazing! I arrived late to my apartment but my ex was able to direct them on what to pack up so when I showed up my dresser was safely wrapped in plastic and they had everything organized in the truck. The were so kind and considerate to wait and let me walk around to make sure I had everything I needed and take one more box of kitchen supplies I boxed up on sie. Then they beat me to my new apartment and my sister called to say how fast and efficient and cute the guys were! Definitely would use them again, it's super stressful to move and out of a ex boyfriends apartment and these guys made it 100 times easier and smoother!

Chris and the rest of the team at Safe Responsible Movers are the best in town!

We have hired them twice over the past two years to move items in/out of a 3rd floor walk-up - not an easy move. On both instances, we could not have been more impressed. 1) Communication via email and phone are excellent - they responded the fastest of all companies when I requested a quote and then provided a reasonable, accurate quote that was tailored to our specific needs. On the day-of, we communicated easily via text and they arrived on-time, ready to go. 2) I don't know how they did it, but managed to move everything in a packed 14' Budget truck up 3 flights of stairs into a 2BR condo in under 2hours, their estimated time. 100% respectful of our property, no damage or even scuffs. A completely stress-free move.

More recently, we asked for a quote to move in a new sectional couch (not a full apartment move). In order to give us a more accurate quote and determine if we needed to hoist or not, Chris came by our house after his work day to check out the situation - free of charge. He decided that we could go with a less expensive option, and he was right! I was so impressed with his sense of geometry that allows impressive finagling of large boxy furniture through tight squeezes - they easily got a couch up that my husband and a friend had previously gotten stuck in the stairwell the night before. Moreover, we were really impressed with their customer service and professional honesty. We had our couch moved in already by the time that other companies were just getting back to us with (more expensive) quotes.

We will absolutely be booking them for our next move!

I had a great experience,  all my furniture was moved quickly and arrived safely up two full flights of a right old stair case and hall way! I was thrilled with their work and would 100% use them again.  Thanks Chris!!! 😄🖒

We chose Safe Responsible Movers on a personal recommendation and I am happy to pass that on - they were great! They were quick, efficient, careful, and affordable. We moved from Brighton to Malden in practically a morning - and nothing at all was damaged in the process. I am happy to recommend Safe Responsible Movers to anyone planning a move in the area.
