I went to Walgreens to grab peroxide to make my dog throw up she ate a loaf of bread with raisins which are toxic to dogs so I was in a big hurry. When I got to the counter a woman had left one thing there to grab some other stuff and to compare some prices. I asked the checkout person if they could ring up my peroxide quickly I explained why I needed it while the other woman finished her shopping. She said "no, we are in the middle of a transaction". The transaction was one item.. She didn't ask anyone else to come help at the counter and she didn't use the other checkout. She just glared at me while we waited. I don't expect a high level of customer service at Walgreens, but that was kind of shocking.

Arrived for flu vaccine. I was late by 15 min, however no one was waiting. Late due to unforseen circumstances. Nonetheless, female pharmacist was rude. I asked about waiting and again rude reply. I thought the goal was to get people vaccinated. Very disappointed as I work in healthcare.  I had completed my forms online and had insurance card ready. I took an hour out of my day just to be refused when it would have taken her 5 minutes.

Their obvious pharmacists labor/salary impasse has led to a shocking inability to be a reliable source to meet a patient’s critical medication needs. They intermittently, with out notice, simply close at various times due to a lack of a licensed pharmacist on location. I don’t understand why this random act, that places patients health status in jeopardy, doesn’t violate both federal and state pharmacy licensing standards. There is clearly something seriously inept in their management. The appearance of indifference to patient needs violates basic principles of medical ethics.

Hmm went to go pick up a prescription at 6:00pm that I am supposed to take today that the doctor had to specially call in  today that wasn’t ready until 5:00 pm…. Then i get confronted with this sign… it says closing at 7:00. But it’s 6:00pm and now I can’t take my meds today so I will have a plethora of side effects. I hate this pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff are fairly friendly, and I usually don't have any problems getting my medication, other than sometimes having to wait a few minutes.

Bad experience. Took 45 minutes starting at 1015 am to get prescription that I'd called in a week prior to showing up.

Don't use this pharmacy!  Sent me a message my daughter's prescription was ready, went to only be told it would be another 25 minutes.  I was in drive thru so had to get out of line.  Naturally I go back to only 11 cars in line.  Inside was worse.  Hi back today and pharmacy is closed due to vivid, 5 in pharmacy is sick.  Only to be told you can go to another Walgreens to have them fill it. People with covid we're filling your prescriptions!  Ugh

I have always had friendly, helpful service at any Walgreens pharmacy I've used in the past, until we moved to Oregon City.  This pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever had to work with.  Incorrect information given on automated calls, and if you call to speak to a pharmacist to get the correct information you are placed on hold for 20-30 minutes and then hung up on when the hold music stops - and this has happened MULTIPLE times.  Unbelievably bad customer service.

Pharmacy staff are the rudest employees ever.. I will never recommend anyone to fill prescription there.

They lie. They promised the script would be ready in a couple hours, but I wasn't able to get back there until the next morning. Guess what. It was still not ready. They LIED TO MY FACE. Then they had the nerve to tell me "We're doing the best we can." Really? Lying to customers and not doing what they promised is the best they can do? My advice: go elsewhere. The location of this store is convenient, but the service is awful! I'm switching pharmacies ASAP.
