I have been seen by the founder of this clinic for years and had great service. The moved to this new office in Mokena, and it seems that this is a totally different office. My daughter has had the worst experience. She has gone through the worst event a person wanting to have children can go through, the lose of a pregnancy. They don't seem to have any empathy for patients and what the patient my be going through. I know you my see patients everyday with possible miscarriages but you have to treat everyone with respect and empathy. The staff is horrible. The nurses dont know what's going on , if you need test results, you can forget it. the doctors or doctor my daughter has seen don't communicate with you at least the the one that was seeing my daughter, the so call supervisor has a attitude along with the rest of the staff. What doctors office you go to will have the administrator or supervisor they call her argue with a patient? This is not professional at all. If considering this facility for your ob/gyn office I wouldn't recommend it. It is the worst if you are having issues with your pregnancy. They really need to have someone come in and fire and or train everyone in the office area and the supervisor. They really need to learn how to communicate with the patients. The doctors are going to continue to lose patients if this issue is not addressed.

-😡😡😡😡 WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 stars bc that is what they deserve...DO NOT go to this office I repeat DO NOT it will be the worst experience EVER!!!!! everyone up there has attitude problems especially Keisha(supervisor) when you start asking questions about things that they aren't doing! I had an ectopic pregnancy and no one up there had any sympathy for me at all. Over the pass couple of weeks before finding out I had ectopic which I kind of figured anyway and informed them they wouldn't listen and kept blowing me off I would call to speak with MY DOCTOR and was always told by a nurse(Dee) or whatever she was that I could not speak with my doctor and I had to go through the supervisor of the office which I feel like if im a patient and asking for my doctor then there shouldn't be a problem and whatever i want I should get! Also since I found out that I was pregnant NOT ONE TIME did I see MY OWN DOCTOR! they were bouncing me around from doctor to doctor every visit I had..NEVER did they communicate with me about ANYTHING I had to call to get my HCG levels back and any other lab work that was done on my own 👎🏾....Overall my experience was an awful one seeing as I was going through the lost of a child so if you are thinking about going to this office PLEASE DONT!!!

I have a five year history of a horrible, chronic uro-gyne condition called I.C. - interstitial cystitis, and another problem as well. It is very difficult to even diagnose this condition as it's diagnosed from exclusion of other diagnoses. My only past history was a uro-gyne I will not name, who was rude and made me cry, not compassionate, and led me down a path that gave me additional pain. She even scolded me once for asking questions before a procedure! I was very hesitant to even look up other uro-gynes in the area. I suffered a few years without help because I was so traumatized by her 'care'. A friend suggested Dr. Kenneth Finkelstein. I debated scheduling the appt for many months. I first met him in his Evergreen Park office in 2016. His medical assistant, Jennifer, is extremely nice and compassionate, professional, and thorough. We discussed my treatment plan for my condition. He prescribed one pill that helped me sleep through the night without 3-4+ excruciating bathroom breaks. I slept soundly again! Just this advice from him vastly improved my quality of life. Recently, I revisited him in E.P. for more help. I also had an ultrasound and testing done in their Mokena office – a short highway ride from Evergreen Park. The Mokena office is very modern, roomy, clean, and beautifully updated. I decided to go ahead with the treatment plan of pills, surgery in February 2017, and other changes to my life. I am now post-op and awaiting the additional results. But, I know deep down that he took care of me with great care and honesty, always answered my numerous questions even though I'm sure he had other pressing patients, and did his best for me. I abhor my conditions but I know Dr. Finkelstein is the right choice for any woman who needs help. Visits with him are comfortable, not awkward, and I leave feeling educated. I call him a “blessing” to women, and I never use that word. He is the only uro-gyne I'd recommend in the area – especially if you suffer from I.C. Don't go to your primary care Dr, go to him for your uro-gyne needs. I had a history of PCP recommendations and Rx's that never work have worked for my problem and wasted my time. He has a few videos so far on Youtube showing him being featured on Fox 32 news. Don't be scared to talk about it. Get help for your condition, believe me, you'll be glad you did.

I don't EVER leave reviews, but I had to say something about this place! If I could have given them anything lower than one star, I would have! Worst experience EVER!! The nurses all have attitudes. No one seems to understand when you're inquiring about recent blood work as opposed to test results from 5 years ago! I would never refer anyone to this location! I used to go to the evergreen location and relocated to this one because I moved and it was a more convenient commute. That was probably the worst thing I could have done! This experience ruined it for the whole company to me! The wait time is discouraging alone when you call, but then to finally get someone on the phone...they answer the phone as if you're bothering them. When you ask questions they huff and puff as if the questions you're asking have an obvious answer! I called asking for results to blood work done two days prior and they put me on hold for 10 minutes to get me an answer and when they got back to me they referred to Results from 2012! Let's keep in mind I didn't have blood work done in 2012. That was a totally different test. When I asked for a hardcopy of my results, the woman (who obviously wasn't a nurse) began stuttering and told me it would take a couple days and for me to go onto the portal to request the results because they have to have a doctor sign off on them. How do you tell me my results without consulting the doctor first and why is it going to take DAYS for a doctor, who I'm very much aware is at the facility at that time, to sign off on the results!? Then I had to REQUEST on the portal for a nurse to call me. When she called me and I explained the situation, she snapped at me about why the receptionist referred to my 2012 results. Again, two different test types for the same issue! When I requested my results as a hard copy, again, the nurse rudely tells me I can come get them whenever I want or get them requested thru the portal! When I thanked the nurse, she dryly uh-huh'ed me and hung up before I could ask anything else! I'm so over this company! You don't toy with someone's health this way! It's not funny and it's unprofessional! I suggest you find another facility that's willing to take your health as seriously as you do, because they definitely DONT!
