I've ordered books from them a few times in recent years (only when they have a sale), and shipment has always been *very* prompt & the books have been packed very well.

Sometimes they rude and like to rush a lot. But otherwise the selection and price is decent.

While a student here, the staff could be a little short and rude, especially during the rush at the beginning of each semester. I was given a used book when I paid new, and am not a fan of them automatically upgrading to new if used is out of stock. I sometimes used the book store for sheer convenience, especially when I needed book ASAP. Otherwise, I recommend going elsewhere for much cheaper books - and you can still sell them back to them if you want.
