Came to get a security tag taken off a pair of shoes that I ordered from Saks online. I was immediately helped, once the sales associate found out it was for a gift, he offered to wrap it for me. This type of hospitality made this experience amazing, what was initially an inconvenience turned into a very pleasant experience. THANK YOU

What a dream come true and oh how I wanna belong! I actually  stopped in while interviewing in the area. I treated myself to some perfume, received a couple of make up samples/tips and tried on a shoe or two. The sales people are all eager to make a commission and it shows. This location doesn't get that much foot traffic; everyone is on point as soon as you  enter the store. There was a gorgeous blond guy who helped me. He was very nice on the eye, charming & very knowledgeable about today's  trends regarding women's pointed toe pumps, and the infamously boring but effective block heel or dare I say "court shoe".
