I received horrible customer service when I thought I only needed Saks account look up and sale of only 1 pair of True Religion jeans. The black girl with overlyade up face that looked like ugly drag queen did not smile, did not greet me, kept asking me to repeat same info on my ID which I already handed to her. Even after I repeated to her, she kept asking and asking, acting like I stole that ID or something....I mean, my picture is clearly on there stupid. The fat white chic after her acted like I was yelling at them when I was simply talking to them in my normal voice that was given to me at birth. The shortie boy looking midget white girl after them came over and without asking me what I needed, simply said you all need to leave because yall are being too loud. I guess an Asian mom shopping with 4 little kids is not welcomed. Customer service is horrible. Please learn to look up acct without asking 10 times for same info already on ID. Need to also be patient and talk to each other about what customer needs instead of making customer have to repeat everything when it was not my choice that you guys had to get 3 people to come over. So were you discriminating against me personally or me with 4 kids, 2 of which happen be crying? Stop rolling eyes at customers too. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
