Love this store! I've found the most amazing deals on high-end brands, and the store associates have been consistently friendly and helpful, even when I've gone there in very casual clothes to just browse. I think it's the best place in this area for shoes and handbags. Highly recommended!

With a little diligence and shopping savvy you can truly fond some gems here, but the atmosphere doesn't fit the prices (think T.J. Max esque verses Nordstrom Rack esque). It is messy and not a single employee ever greets me when I enter nor do they offer assistance as I shop. Cashiers are okay, just not the vibe or experience I would expect from a discount/rack store with the Saks name.

Never. Do Business. With. This. Store.

They will take your money but they won't return it easily. The manager (female) on the phone is condescending, rude and, frankly, not very intelligent. She lacks in that as much as she lacks in polish.
