Oh how I've missed this food. The pasta is just amazing! The portions are exceeding.  We ate for 2 days after. Get the "Sal's Pasta" if you love alfredo, it's amazing! I didn't give 5 stars because the rating is for the entire experience.  The service was great at the beginning of our dining but she got lost in her duties toward he end of our dining. It was the end of he night so I'm sure there were closing duties to be taken care of.  If she was a little more attentive at the end of the dining experience I would have surely given 5 stars

Driving from NY to Newport RI for the weekend our 3 year old was crying inconsolably. The staff at Sals couldn’t do enough to help her , crayons, a cup of water with a straw and not to mention great pizza!  She was a laughing little one!  Can’t tell you what  that meant to us! Always thankful!  Eat at Sals!❤️

First visit. Good service. Quality food at a reasonable price. I really enjoyed the pizza.

Open seating, great service, with miles of smiles. Stuffed clams and clam pizza was outstanding.
I will be baxk!!!

The ambiance is nice,  and the restaurant is big,  but the food was just ok, and their dough is too dense, however,  they do use good cheese.   I did not like that they only take cash or checks,  and let us know this after we ate, which forced us to use their in house fee based atm, so basically we paid them for using their atm machine,  versus the restaurant accepting credit and debit cards to eliminate this hassle and extra expense.
