Different experiences with 3 different employees. First person new some of what i want to do with my hair as far as taking out the color. Went back in because the extractor didn't take out all the color. This person had her eyes half open and kept yawning. Didn't work with me to find out what exactly i want to do. The third person was the best help. Talked over the phone with him. He was very helpful. Good luck

Very rude staff. I asked for an opinion and one staff member was a little sarcastic. She asked me a question and I was in the middle of answering her question when the manager, "Jay" looked very disgusted with me. He interrupted me and abruptly said, "Are you ready to listen?" I was really quite dumbfounded that he did this because I was answering a question asked by his other staff member. I guess if you have any questions save it for Google and avoid the headache. I will say, I have been a customer of Sally's since the mid-90's and have never had issue until now. I don't really know how I offended the manager when I was answering a question asked by his other staff member. Hope corporate does a follow up. I didn't deserve that.
