Store managers are awful and hung up on me while trying to request a product hold. They are rude and not helpful. On the positive side the return and pick up area is super friendly quick and accommodating, online pick up is the way to go with this location.

I always enjoy shopping at Sears. Everyone is helpful and they have good products.

Came to Sears to buy a washing machine. Was waited on by 'old' Mike. After speaking to him on the phone, I had a funny feeling about him, but chalked it up to miscommunication. WRONG. This man was very abrupt and rude. After dealing with his attitude, and listening to his tone of voice, I asked for a little patience as I had a bad appliance situation at home and I was frustrated.He put his arms across his chest and just shut down. I asked him about the noise level of a particular machine & his response was, "I don't know I don't own one". No offer to see if he could find any info on it I had planned to buy a washing machine today from Sears. When leaving the store, i asked my husband if it was just me, and he said, no he was really out of line.Unfortunately, 'old' Mike is the perfect example of why retail stores are going out business

The manager andre was nice and friendly . He helped me get the exercise bike I wanted.

Was very satisfied with the service I received at Sears the cashier was very pleasant I will shop more at sears
