I’ve been going to once upon a child since I was pregnant with my first son.. The store was constantly unorganized and always a mess. you couldn’t even walk down some of the  isle ways. you could barely shop because the racks were so jam packed they were unahoppable. the past couple of times I have went In there while the new owners have been there, it’s looked amazing!! SO organized. It’s no longer cluttered. It done a huge turn around, you guys should be very proud of yourselves! I know I enjoy going to once upon a child a lot more now :)

The store looks great! The new owners have definitely change do things up and the store look s amazing. I have gone a few times since new ownership and today was my best experience with the staff. They were friendly and helpful, the last few times not so much.

 I will say though, it was frustrating I called ahead of time and asked about a specific toy, explaining I hadn’t no accessories and I was told that was fine abs long as there’s was playability they would take it. They didn’t, because it wasn’t missing accessories. 😑 So that was annoying, things should be purchased based on corporate/owner rules not personal preference.  

I’m not sure why people say prices are different, they aren’t. It’s a corporate run system and it’s  worth your time to take a peek. The store is a lot better organized and easier to shop. Things are mostly where they should be and even toys and shoes are looking good!

I have been going there since they opened.  I have ALWAYS had a positive experience, never have been disappointed.  I buy and sell often.   Has a great variety and I highly recommend!  The new owners have cleaned up the store tremendously as the colors and sizes are more in the appropriate places.

Love love love this place...I bring my daughter's clothes and get great payout..and am able to buy more clothes there at a substantial savings. The place is super clean and love the staff...

I organized my items, neatly folded the clothing and had them individual totes. I lugged everything into the store, including baby wearing my child only to be rudely told they wouldn't accept anything because my totes didn't have a lid... Are you kidding Me? So. I loaded everything back up and took it some place else who gladly accepted the items without the lid. I will not be returning. Rude service. Always unorganized and a mess. Over priced. I could go on and on. Good luck staying in business. 👍👌👌👌👌
